Pond Cottage dates back to 1711. It went through a major renovation in 2005 to become our home and a place to stay combining traditional charm and contemporary cool.

This gem of period architecture nestles in an area of outstanding Kentish natural beauty. Views are stunning with nothing but the occasional oast house in sight.

Set in three-quarters of an acre, it boasts its own natural pond (complete with rowing boat) to the front and a secluded Tuscan style landscaped garden with sunken cedar wood hot tub to the rear.

Pond Cottage is a non-smoking house with wheelchair access.
